An Association is a legally recognized union in the eyes of the law but it is your own organization – specifically focused on the workers of Parallel 49 Brewing Company. The Employees’ Association is run by a group that specializes in operating employee associations so that no one has to worry about legal compliance, the financial record keeping, and the day to day operations of making sure employees’ concerns are dealt with. And at the end of the day, the Association is accountable to you, the employees. Please never hesitate to reach our to us if you have questions about the services we offer or are in need of guidance relating to a workplace concern.

We provide a defined contribution group RRSP program that allows employees to manage and grow their retirement dollars on their terms.

Extended Health Coverage
Your Plan includes coverage such as life insurance, dental, prescription drugs, plus short and long-term disability. You will be covered on the month following ninety days of service. Afterwards, you can expect to receive a booklet and membership cards in the mail. If you do not receive anything, please contact the Association Benefits Department at 1-888-717-7193.
